
Chad Hennings is a member of the Board of Advisors for Genesis Systems LLC. He is a Graduate of the United States Air Force Academy where he racked up numerous honors both on the gridiron as well as in the classroom. He is a 2-time Academic All American, Unanimous All-American, Outland Trophy recipient, and member of the College Football Hall of Fame. He was drafted by the Dallas Cowboys but postponed joining the NFL to fulfill his commitment to serve in the Air Force. Hennings attended the prestigious Euro NATO Joint Jet Pilot Training program (ENJJPT) where he received the assignment to fly the A-10 Thunderbolt II. During his time on active duty Hennings flew 45 missions in support of Operation Provide Comfort in Northern Iraq.
After fulfilling his commitment, Hennings went on to play nine seasons for the Dallas Cowboys where he earned three Super Bowl Rings. He is currently a principle and partner in Rubicon Representation, a commercial real estate firm. He has authored three books, “It Takes Commitment,” “Rules of Engagement,” and “Forces of Character.” He frequently speaks on leadership and character development to business, military, and philanthropic audiences.
